 What Is The Reality Of Nutrition?

 

Contrary to the popular belief in this advanced world today, Nutrition Science hasn’t found real place between people yet, because most of us have just accepted Nutrition Science as a slogan and don’t use it in real life. You can say and have information about lots of things but only knowing them and not believing in its power in practice will not help while you must do more than words.

I can decisively say that nutrition has an effective role in health, especially in healing diseases. That’s not unbelievable because my experience so far shows that sometimes nutrition does a miracle and shouldn’t be ignored. We need to know, while every single cell in body is given food to stay alive it's very easy to say that food has an essential role in keeping body healthy. So, healthy eating is equal to have a healthy body. This means that there is no need for a special supplement or food and having a healthy diet is the only need. Our body is made up of organs like heart, liver, leg, kidney etc. These organs are made of cells so they get their first need from the food that we eat. When we get sick, a part of our body, i.e. some of these organs are involved and hurt, so the first and best treatment is to change your diet. Whatever we eat, it is our body that analyzes it and it separates the needs of the damaged cells and delivers them quickly. Certainly, if we have proper nutrition, everything will be in a right place but malnutrition can change everything from the functioning of organs to endangering the health of the soul. Not only physical health but also mental health is highly dependent on nutrition.

There is always a general nutrition recommendation as to what is good and what is not. Many people think that they do not need nutritional therapy if they have normal weight. The fact is that normal weight is not always a sign of proper nutrition. In my opinion, everyone even those who are seemingly normal should have their own diet based on physical system, age, living conditions, work, income, moods, activities, etc. Because everyone should know how much and what foods are suitable for their condition and that’s just what an expert can tell you.
